Netcarat Product Exchange Policy

At Netcarat, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. While we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, we offer one exchange per order within 15 days of the purchase date. If you are dissatisfied with your item, you may exchange it for an item of equal or greater value under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

  1. Timeframe: You may exchange your product within 15 days from the date of receipt.
  2. Condition : The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and documentation intact.
  3. Exceptions: Customized or personalized items, as well as final sale items, are generally not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service within the eligibility period via email at care@netcarat.com or by phone/WhatsApp at (646) 866-9273. Please provide your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Return Instructions: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

When returning items, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. If you are returning an item due to a manufacturing issue or sizing, you must first request an authorization number. Contact us to obtain this number.
  2. Ship your package via FedEx ONLY and kindly insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package.
  3. Netcarat is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Ensure all returns include the original sales receipt or order number and that your name, address, and return authorization number are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
  4. All items must arrive back to Netcarat in their original condition.

Processing Your Exchange

  1. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will promptly process your exchange.
  2. If your exchange is approved, the new item will be shipped to you at no extra charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the item and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
